1. We offer 7 days of hassle-free returns from the date of delivery and a further 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also offer reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 200 will be deducted at the time of refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 200 will be made for the entire order, not for each individual clothing item.
2. If the incorrect or damaged product is delivered, no reverse shipment will be charged and full amount will be refunded.
3. You must share the photos of products that you want to exchange or return from 3-4 angles.
4. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund would not be provided.
5. Kindly allow 7 days for the refund to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
6. Payments made with the COD option will receive a store credit (coupon) equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used within one week after the coupon is issued.

CANCELLATION
1. Cancellations will only be possible within 24 hours after the placement of order. Customers can cancel the order by placing a mail on [email protected] .
2. It is mandatory to provide the order number and complete details of the products to cancel the order.
3. The order can not be cancelled if it has been dispatched from the warehouse or is already in transit.
